Our story
Built by truckers, for truckers.
ELD Services was founded by fleet owners who got tired of confusing compliance software. We built the solution we always wanted — simple, reliable, and built around the realities of life on the road.
How we got here
In 2017, our co-founders Marcus and Diane were running a 12-truck regional fleet out of Memphis. When the ELD mandate hit, they spent weeks evaluating software — and found the same story everywhere: bloated dashboards, confusing pricing, and support teams that didn't understand trucking.
So they built their own. What started as an internal tool became the foundation of ELD Services. By 2019, they were onboarding their first outside customers. Today, over 4,200 fleets across 48 states trust ELD Services to keep them compliant and on the road.
We're still headquartered in Memphis, still run by people who've sat in the cab, and still obsessed with making compliance the easiest part of your day.
Our mission
